Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun tennis based program that involves high intensity fitness activities combined with Tennis. Sessions consist of you and up to 7 other people experiencing a fun, high-energy workout focused on constant movement and tennis related drills.

Each session consists of a

  • 5 to 10 minute warm-up
  • 30 minutes of high and low intensity activities.
  • 5-10 minute cool-down

There will be music to motivate you, heart-rate monitors to check how many calories you have burnt and lots of laughs.

This is a fun, tennis-based workout that will keep you coming back.

Your first session is free so come and give it a go.
